Translation Studies

The year 2007 was another major year for the publication of Translation Studies works. That we tend to repeat this comment each year attests to the continuing wealth and breadth of investigation being conducted in the discipline. This year's review is divided into six sections: 1. General Translation Theory; 2. Audiovisual Translation; 3. Translation and Practice; 4. Stylistics and Literary Translation; 5. Sociologies of Translation and the Translator; 6. Translation, Ideology and Politics.
